Delete your account — B7R
How to delete your account and data, what is removed, and what is kept.
Privacy Policy · Terms of Service · Child Safety Standards · Account deletion
How to delete your account
- Open the B7R app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → ⚙️ Settings → Privacy & Security.
- Tap “Delete account” and read the summary of what is removed and what is kept.
- Type the phrase «حذف حسابي» ("delete my account") to confirm, then tap the delete button. (If you hold a withdrawable balance, the required phrase is «أتنازل عن رصيدي وأحذف حسابي» — see "Two special cases" below.)
No email, form, or support request is needed. Deletion happens entirely in the app.
Deletion is immediate and permanent. There is no grace period and no recovery.
What is deleted
- Your email address and password — sign-in becomes impossible.
- Username, display ID, avatar, cover photo, bio, gender, nationality, occupation, date of birth.
- Posts, comments, likes, follows, block lists, notifications, profile-visit records.
- Your own room, and your messages in rooms, groups, families and game tables.
- Messages you received, memberships, relationships, game and casino history.
- Your broadcaster verification application in full: legal name, date of birth, phone number.
- All your uploaded files across every bucket: avatar, cover, post images, private-message media, room/family/event covers, and your government ID photo and selfie. No URL resolves to any of them afterwards.
Your username and any purchased vanity ID are released and become available to other users.
Your coins, gems, chips and every purchased cosmetic are forfeited with no refund and no transfer.
What is kept, and why
Everything below is retained detached from your name, email and photo, because those are erased:
- Messages you sent to other people remain in their inboxes, shown as “deleted account”. This protects recipients who may need to prove what was sent to them — deleting both sides would let an abuser erase the evidence by deleting their account.
- Real-money top-up records, the balance-change ledger, and refund cases — an accounting obligation and necessary to answer payment disputes.
- Gift records, because a gift you sent is another person's income and that person still exists.
- Content reports involving you, as a safety record — with the reporter's and your identifiers removed.
- If your account was under an active ban at deletion time, your device fingerprint is added to the banned-devices list to prevent ban evasion. That list holds a device fingerprint only — no name, no email, nothing else about you.
- A code derived from your device identifier — a one-way fingerprint that cannot be turned back into the identifier, with no name, no email and nothing else about you — remains as a marker that an account was registered from that device, so a new account from the same device is not counted as a newly invited friend.
Two special cases
- If you own a family or group: ownership transfers automatically to the longest-standing admin, then to the longest-standing member. The group is deleted only if you are its last remaining member — so one person's deletion never erases a community's conversation.
- If you hold a withdrawable balance (verified-broadcaster earnings), of any amount: deletion is available to you and is never refused, but that balance is forfeited in full and is not paid to you — not at deletion and not afterwards — and it is not transferred to another account. You are not asked to contact anyone. Before deleting, the screen shows you the exact amount and states that it will be forfeited, and deletion does not proceed until you type, by hand, a phrase different from the ordinary one: «أتنازل عن رصيدي وأحذف حسابي» ("I forfeit my balance and delete my account"). ⚠️ If you want to collect this balance, request it before deleting your account: a verified broadcaster requests a withdrawal from inside the app, the owner approves it and transfers outside the app. Any request of yours still under review on the day you delete is closed and its gems are returned to your balance first, then forfeited with the rest by your explicit acknowledgement.
