child-safety@4usparty.com

These are B7R's standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). They form part of the Terms of Service and bind everyone who uses the app.
We absolutely prohibit any content or conduct that abuses or exploits a child, whether the child is real, drawn, or generated by artificial intelligence.
Anyone who does this has their account permanently banned on the first occurrence and without warning, the evidence is preserved, and they are reported to the competent authorities.
The minimum age of use is 18. A minor may not create an account or use anyone else's, and an adult may not bring a minor into the app on their account.
If we learn — by report or by review — that an account belongs to someone under 18, we close it and erase its data.
Intent, humour and artistic context are not accepted as defences in this area.
Reports involving children are treated with the highest priority, and no particular format is required. The available channels:
Please include what identifies the location (the username or ID, the room, and the time), so we can reach it quickly. Do not upload the abusive image itself and do not republish it — describing it and where it is, is enough.
1. Urgent review — we aim to look at child safety reports within 24 hours.
2. Content removal and immediate account suspension as soon as a violation is likely, not after final certainty.
3. A permanent ban on the account and its device.
4. Evidence preservation (the content, the account data and its timestamps) for the competent authorities; it is not erased when its owner deletes their account.
5. External reporting: we report to the competent authorities in Oman, we report to NCMEC (the US National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) where applicable, and we cooperate with lawful law-enforcement requests.
The point of contact responsible for everything concerning child safety — for users, for Google, and for the authorities:
child-safety@4usparty.com
We comply with child protection law in the Sultanate of Oman and in the countries where the app is used, with the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy, and with removing and reporting child sexual abuse material to the competent authority whenever it occurs.
We review these standards at least once a year, and whenever a feature that affects user safety changes. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the published page.
