تشرح هذه الصفحةُ متى يُستردّ ما دُفع في ⁦B7R⁩ وكيف يُطلب ذلك. وهي جزءٌ من «شروط الخدمة» وتُقرأ معها.

١) ما الذي يُشترى أصلًا

المشترى في ⁦B7R⁩ كوينز: عملةٌ افتراضيّةٌ داخل التطبيق تُستعمل في الهدايا وعناصر المتجر. وهي لا قيمةَ نقديّةَ لها ولا تُصرف مالًا، ولا تُباع ولا تُحوَّل خارج التطبيق.

والكوينز تُسلَّم فورَ اكتمال الدفع، فهي خدمةٌ رقميّةٌ تُنفَّذ على الفور.

٢) القاعدة: ما سُلِّم نهائيّ

متى وصلت الكوينز إلى رصيدك فالمبلغ نهائيٌّ ولا يُستردّ — إلّا في الحالات الأربع التالية:

وما عدا ذلك لا نستردّ ثمنَ كوينز سُلِّمت — حتّى لو لم تُنفقها.

٣) إلغاءُ عمليّةٍ لم تكتمل

عمليّةُ شراءٍ لم يكتمل دفعُها لا تُقيَّد لك كوينز، ولا يُطلب منك شيءٌ مقابلها. وإن ظهر خصمٌ عن عمليّةٍ كهذه فهي الحالةُ الثانيةُ أعلاه: راسلنا.

٤) كيف تطلب

ونراجع الطلبَ ونردّ عليك بالبريد نفسِه. وقد نطلب منك ما يُثبت العمليّةَ قبل أن نبتّ فيها.

٥) الشراء عبر Google Play

ما اشتريتَه داخل تطبيق أندرويد تمّ عبر Google Play. ولك أن تطلب استردادَه من جوجل مباشرةً وفق قواعدها وسياساتها، وهي التي تبتّ في ذلك الطلب. وراسلتُنا لا تمنعك من ذلك ولا تُغني عنه.

٦) ما يحدث بعد استرداد

إذا استُردّ مبلغُ شحنٍ أو أُلغي خصمُه من بنكك: تُسترجَع الكوينزُ التي قيَّدها ذلك الشحن بقدر ما في رصيدك لحظتَها — ولا يُدفَع رصيدُك تحت الصفر أبدًا؛ وما لا يغطّيه رصيدُك يُسجَّل دَينًا على الحساب يُخصم ممّا يدخله لاحقًا. وتُسترجَع كذلك المكافآتُ والعمولاتُ التي نشأت عنه. وقد يُمنع الحسابُ من البثّ ومن سحب الأرباح حتّى تُسوّى المسألة.

This page explains when money paid in B7R is refunded and how to ask. It is part of the Terms of Service and is read together with them.

1) What is being bought

What you buy in B7R is coins: a virtual currency used inside the app for gifts and store items. Coins have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be sold or transferred outside the app.

Coins are delivered as soon as payment completes, so this is a digital service performed immediately.

2) The rule: what is delivered is final

Once coins reach your balance the amount is final and non-refundable — except in these four cases:

A duplicate charge for a single transaction.
An amount charged whose coins never arrived in your balance.
A service failure that prevented you from using what you bought.
A right given to you by the law that applies to you, or by the policy of the app store you bought from.

Outside these cases we do not refund the price of delivered coins — even if you have not spent them.

3) Cancelling an incomplete purchase

A purchase whose payment did not complete credits you no coins and costs you nothing. If a charge appears for such a purchase, that is the second case above: contact us.

4) How to ask

Email support@4usparty.com with:

Your account name and ID in the app.
The date, amount and currency of the transaction.
The receipt number or the order number from the store or payment provider.
A short description of what happened.

We review the request and reply to the same address. We may ask you for proof of the transaction before deciding.

5) Purchases through Google Play

What you bought inside the Android app was processed by Google Play. You may also request a refund from Google directly under Google's own rules and policies, and Google decides that request. Contacting us neither prevents nor replaces that.

6) What happens after a refund

If a top-up is refunded or charged back by your bank: the coins that top-up credited are reversed, up to what your balance holds at that moment — your balance is never pushed below zero; whatever your balance does not cover is recorded as a debt on your account and deducted from what enters it later. Rewards and commissions generated by it are reversed too. Your account may also be restricted from broadcasting and from withdrawing earnings until the matter is settled.
