باستعمالك تطبيق B7R فإنّك تقبل هذه الشروط وتلتزم بها. وإن كنتَ لا تقبلها فلا تستعمل التطبيق.
الطرفُ المتعاقَد معه. هذه الشروط عقدٌ بينك وبين محمود نائل للتجارة ش ش و (MAHMOUD NAEL TRADING SPC)، المسجَّلة في سلطنة عُمان بالسجلّ التجاريّ رقم 1531588، وهي التي تُشغّل B7R وتقدّم خدماته.
وتُقرأ هذه الشروط مع ثلاثة نصوصٍ أخرى منشورةٍ معها: «سياسة الخصوصية» و«معايير حماية الأطفال» و«حذف الحساب».
B7R تطبيقٌ اجتماعيٌّ عربيّ فيه غرفٌ صوتيّةٌ ومرئيّةٌ حيّة، ومنشوراتٌ وتعليقات، ورسائلُ خاصّةٌ ومجموعاتٌ وعائلات، وهدايا افتراضيّة، وألعابٌ جماعيّةٌ وألعابُ حظٍّ بعملةٍ افتراضيّة.
ونحن نضيف الميزاتِ ونعدّلها ونوقف ما نراه، ولا نضمن بقاءَ ميزةٍ بعينها.
التطبيقُ لمن بلغ ثمانيَ عشرةَ سنةً فأكثر. لا يجوز إنشاءُ حسابٍ لمن هو دونها، ولا استعمالُ حسابِ غيرك، ولا السماحُ لقاصرٍ باستعمال حسابك.
وسببُ ذلك في صلب التطبيق لا في نصٍّ مكتوب: فيه دردشةٌ مفتوحةٌ بين غرباء، ومشترياتٌ داخل التطبيق، وألعابُ حظٍّ بعملةٍ افتراضيّة.
ومتى علمنا أنّ حسابًا يخصّ من هو دون الثامنة عشرة أغلقناه ومحونا بياناته، ولا يُعوَّض عمّا كان فيه من رصيدٍ أو عناصر. وما يخصّ الأطفالَ مفصَّلٌ في «معايير حماية الأطفال».
يُنشأ الحسابُ ببريدٍ إلكترونيٍّ وكلمةِ مرور، ولا يعمل قبل تأكيد البريد. ويجوز الدخولُ كذلك بحسابك في Google أو فيسبوك أو إكس متى ظهر زرُّه في شاشة الدخول، وما نتلقّاه منها مبيَّنٌ في «سياسة الخصوصية».
يُمنع في التطبيق كلُّه — في الغرف والمنشورات والرسائل الخاصّة وأسماء الحسابات والصور وطاولات الألعاب:
فلترٌ آليّ يفحص ما يُكتب في التطبيق ويحجب المخالف. ويعمل على درجتين: مخالفةٌ خفيفةٌ تُعدّ عليك، وتراكمُها يوقع كتمًا مؤقّتًا؛ ومخالفةٌ شديدةٌ تُحجب رسالتُها فورًا ويقع بها كتمٌ مباشر ويُفتح بها بلاغٌ للإدارة. وتكرارُ الشديدة يوقف الحسابَ بانتظار مراجعةٍ بشريّة. والمخالفةُ تسقط بنفسها بمرور المدّة.
الإبلاغ. زرُّ الإبلاغ 🚩 موجودٌ أينما رأيتَ محتوى غيرك: في بطاقة المستخدم داخل الغرفة الحيّة، وعلى كلّ رسالةٍ في دردشة الغرفة والرسائل الخاصّة ودردشتَي المجموعة والعائلة، وفي قائمة الملفّ الشخصيّ، وعلى المنشورات والتعليقات، وعلى المحتوى المعروض في «المشاهدة معًا». تختار السببَ ويصل البلاغُ إلى فريق الإدارة. والبلاغُ لا يُشعِر الطرفَ الآخر ولا يوقع عقوبةً بنفسه — تراجعه الإدارةُ وتقرّر. ولك أيضًا قسمُ «الدعم» داخل التطبيق ومراسلتُنا على البريد أدناه. وبلاغُ ما يمسّ الأطفال له بابٌ ومهلةٌ خاصّان في «معايير حماية الأطفال».
العقوبات. بحسب المخالفة: كتمٌ مؤقّت، أو إيقافٌ مؤقّت، أو حظرٌ دائم، أو حذفُ محتوًى، أو استردادُ اسمٍ أو معرّف. وفي المخالفات الجسيمة يقع الحظرُ من أوّل مرّةٍ وبلا إنذار. ولا يستحقّ الحسابُ المحظورُ تعويضًا عن رصيدٍ أو عناصرَ فيه.
وحظرُ الحساب يمنع أيضًا العودةَ بحسابٍ جديدٍ من الجهاز نفسه، لأنّ بصمةَ الجهاز تبقى في قائمة المنع.
في التطبيق ثلاثُ عملاتٍ افتراضيّة، ولا واحدةَ منها مالٌ ولا وديعةٌ ولا صكٌّ قابلٌ للتداول:
وما تملكه من عملةٍ افتراضيّةٍ أو عنصرٍ في المتجر هو رخصةُ استعمالٍ شخصيّةٌ محدودةٌ داخل التطبيق، غيرُ حصريّةٍ وغيرُ قابلةٍ للنقل، لا ملكيّةً تُباع أو تُورَّث أو تُنقَل إلى حسابٍ آخر أو تطبيقٍ آخر. ولا قيمةَ نقديّةَ لها خارج التطبيق ولا تُصرَف مالًا.
ولنا أن نعدّل الأسعارَ ونسبَ التحويل ومحتوى المتجر متى شئنا. وإيقافُ عنصرٍ عن البيع لا يسحبه ممّن يملكه.
الشراءُ بالمال الحقيقيّ داخل تطبيق أندرويد يتمّ عبر Google Play، وتسري عليه شروطُ جوجل وسياستُها في الدفع والاسترداد. والشراءُ خارجَ التطبيق قد يتمّ عبر مزوّدي خدماتِ دفعٍ مرخَّصين، وتسري عليه شروطُ المزوّد الذي اخترتَه. وفي كلّ الأحوال لا نستقبل أرقامَ بطاقاتِ الدفع كاملةً ولا نحفظها — تبقى عند جوجل أو عند مزوّد الدفع وحدَه. والبيانُ البنكيُّ الوحيدُ الذي نحفظه هو رقمُ حساب الاستلام الذي يكتبه المذيعُ بنفسِه عند طلب سحب أرباحه — يُستعمل للتحويل إليه وحدَه، ولا علاقةَ له بالشراء.
والكوينزُ بعد تسليمها نهائيّةٌ وغيرُ قابلةٍ للاسترداد، إلّا في أربع حالات: (١) خصمٌ مكرَّرٌ لعمليّةٍ واحدة. (٢) مبلغٌ خُصم ولم تصلك كوينزُه. (٣) عطلٌ في الخدمة حال دون انتفاعك بما اشتريتَ. (٤) حقٌّ يمنحك إيّاه القانونُ السارِي عليك أو سياسةُ متجر التطبيقات. وفي غير هذه الحالات لا نردّ ثمنَ كوينزٍ سُلِّمت.
ومتى استُردَّ مبلغُ شحنةٍ أو رُدَّ عكسيًّا من بنكك: سُحب ما تولّد عنها من رصيدٍ ومكافآت، وسُحبت كوينزُ تلك الشحنة من رصيدك بقدرِ ما يحمله وقتَها — ولا يُدفع رصيدُك إلى ما دون الصفر أبدًا؛ وما لم يغطِّه رصيدُك يُسجَّل دَينًا على حسابك يُخصم ممّا يدخله لاحقًا. وقد يُقيَّد حسابُك عن البثّ وعن سحب الأرباح حتّى تُسوّى المسألة.
وعناصرُ المتجر تُباع مدّةً محدودةً (٣ أو ١٥ أو ٣٠ يومًا) وتنتهي بانتهائها، إلّا المعرّفاتِ المميّزةَ فهي دائمة.
الهديّةُ فعلٌ نهائيّ: تُخصَم قيمتُها من رصيدك لحظةَ الإرسال، ولا تُلغى ولا تُستردّ ولا تُرجَع.
ويُقيَّد للمستلِم ألماسٌ بنسبةٍ معلَنةٍ من قيمة الهديّة، والباقي هامشُ التطبيق. والنسبةُ معروضةٌ داخل التطبيق.
ولنا أن نبطل أرباحًا نشأت عن احتيالٍ أو عن شحنةٍ استُردَّ مبلغُها أو عن تواطؤٍ بين حسابين.
ألعابُ الكازينو تُلعَب بالشيبس وحدها. النتيجةُ تُقرَّر على الخادم لا على جهازك، ونسبةُ الإرجاع للاعب معلَنةٌ في شاشة قواعد كلّ لعبة.
ولا جائزةَ نقديّةَ في أيّ لعبة: ما يُربح شيبس، والشيبس لا تخرج إلى مالٍ ولا إلى عملةٍ أخرى بأيّ طريق. فليس في التطبيق قِمارٌ بمالٍ حقيقيّ ولا صرفٌ لأيّ ربح.
والحظُّ حظّ: لا نضمن ربحًا، ولا يُستردّ ما خسرتَه.
يستطيع لاعبان أن يتّفقا على رهانٍ بينهما في لعبةٍ يدعمها التحدّي. يُحجَز الرهانُ من الطرفين لحظةَ القبول حجزًا فعليًّا من الرصيد، ويأخذ الفائزُ مجموعَ الرهانين ناقصًا عمولةً معلَنةً في شاشة التحدّي. والتعادلُ يردّ الرهانين كاملين بلا عمولة، وكذلك إن انتهت المباراةُ بلا فائزٍ من الطرفين.
الغرفةُ مسؤوليّةُ صاحبها ومن يعيّنهم مشرفين: هم من يأذن بالمايك ومن يكتم ومن يُخرِج. ونحن نتدخّل فوق ذلك متى خالفت الغرفةُ هذه الشروط.
قد يحضر فريقُ الإدارة والإشراف في الغرف العامّة دون أن يظهر، حفاظًا على السلامة وللإشراف على المحتوى.
الصوتُ والفيديو ينتقلان لحظيًّا ولا نسجّلهما ولا نحفظهما. لكنّ ما يُقال في غرفةٍ عامّةٍ يسمعه كلُّ من فيها، وقد يسجّله أحدُهم بجهازه — ولا يستطيع أيُّ تطبيقٍ منعَ ذلك. فلا تقل في غرفةٍ ما لا تحبّ أن يُنشَر.
يستطيع مضيفُ الغرفة أن يفتح مشغّلَ يوتيوب أو رابطًا فيراه من في الغرفة. المحتوى ليس من عندنا ولا نراجعه قبل عرضه، والمسؤوليّةُ عمّا يُفتح على من فتحه. وفي الشاشة زرُّ إبلاغٍ يصل إلى الإدارة، ولنا أن نوقف الميزةَ في غرفةٍ أساءت استعمالها.
ما ترفعه أو تكتبه يبقى ملكَك. وأنت تمنحنا برفعه رخصةً مجّانيّةً غيرَ حصريّةٍ لتخزينه وعرضه ونقله داخل التطبيق وحدَه وبالقدر اللازم لتشغيل الخدمة. تنتهي هذه الرخصةُ بحذفك للمحتوى أو لحسابك، إلّا ما يبقى لسببٍ مذكورٍ في «حذف الحساب».
وأنت تُقرّ بأنّك تملك حقَّ ما ترفعه. ولنا أن نحذف أيَّ محتوًى يخالف هذه الشروط بلا إنذارٍ مسبق.
يعمل التطبيقُ على خدمات Supabase (الحسابات وقاعدة البيانات والملفّات) و Cloudflare (الاستضافة) و Agora (نقل الصوت والفيديو). وتُعرَض مقاطعُ YouTube في «المشاهدة معًا». وانقطاعُ أيٍّ منها ينقطع به جزءٌ من الخدمة ولا يدَ لنا فيه.
تستطيع حذفَ حسابك بنفسك في أيّ وقتٍ من داخل التطبيق، والحذفُ فوريٌّ ونهائيٌّ ولا رجعةَ فيه، ولا حالةَ يُمنع فيها. وإن كان لك رصيدٌ قابلٌ للسحب فإنّه يسقط بالكامل ولا يُدفَع لك، ولا يقع الحذفُ حتّى تُقرَّ بذلك صراحةً بكتابة عبارةٍ خاصّةٍ بيدك. وتفصيلُه كلُّه في «حذف الحساب».
ولنا أن نوقف حسابَك أو نغلقه إن خالفتَ هذه الشروط أو القانون، أو إن كان بقاؤه خطرًا على غيرك.
وفي الحالتين: ما في الحساب من رصيدٍ وعناصرَ يزول بلا تعويض.
تُقدَّم الخدمةُ كما هي. لا نضمن أن تعمل بلا انقطاعٍ ولا بلا خطأ، ولا نضمن حفظَ ما لم يُحفَظ.
ولا نتحمّل مسؤوليّةَ ما يقوله المستخدمون أو يفعلونه ببعضهم، ولا ما يقع خارج التطبيق من اتّفاقاتٍ أو تحويلاتٍ بينهم. وننصحك ألّا ترسل مالًا ولا بياناتٍ خاصّةً إلى أحدٍ عرفتَه هنا.
وبأقصى ما يسمح به القانون، لا تتجاوز مسؤوليّتُنا تجاهك ما دفعتَه فعلًا داخل التطبيق في الاثني عشر شهرًا السابقة للواقعة.
قد نعدّل هذه الشروط. ويُنشَر التعديلُ في هذه الصفحة نفسها وداخل التطبيق، واستمرارُك في الاستعمال بعده قَبولٌ به. وإن لم تقبله فاحذف حسابك.
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين سلطنة عُمان، وتختصّ محاكمُها بأيّ نزاعٍ ينشأ عنها.
تقديمُ شكوى. أرسل شكواك إلى support@4usparty.com، واذكر فيها معرّفَ حسابك في التطبيق وتفاصيلَ ما حدث: ما الذي وقع، ومتى، وأين في التطبيق. تُسجَّل كلُّ شكوى ويُردّ عليها.

By using B7R you accept these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
Who you contract with. These Terms are an agreement between you and MAHMOUD NAEL TRADING SPC (محمود نائل للتجارة ش ش و), registered in the Sultanate of Oman under Commercial Registration No. 1531588, which operates B7R and provides its services.
These Terms are read together with three other documents published alongside them: the Privacy Policy, the Child Safety Standards, and Account Deletion.
B7R is an Arabic-language social app with live voice and video rooms, posts and comments, private messages, groups and families, virtual gifts, and multiplayer games including games of chance played with a virtual currency.
We add, change and discontinue features, and we do not guarantee that any particular feature will remain available.
The app is for people aged 18 and over. You may not create an account if you are under 18, you may not use anyone else's account, and you may not let a minor use yours.
The reason is in the app itself, not in a written line: it contains open chat between strangers, in-app purchases, and games of chance played with a virtual currency.
If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18 we close it and erase its data, with no compensation for any balance or items it held. Everything concerning children is set out in the Child Safety Standards.
An account is created with an email address and a password, and does not work until the email is confirmed. Signing in with your Google, Facebook or X account is also available wherever its button is shown on the sign-in screen; what we receive from them is set out in the Privacy Policy.
The following is prohibited everywhere in the app — rooms, posts, private messages, account names, images and game tables:
An automatic filter scans what is written in the app and blocks violating content. It works at two levels: a mild violation is counted against you and accumulation results in a temporary mute; a severe violation has its message blocked immediately, results in an immediate mute, and opens a report to the admin team. Repeated severe violations suspend the account pending human review. A violation expires by itself after a set period.
Reporting. A 🚩 report button is present wherever you see someone else's content: on a user's card inside a live room, on every message in room chat, private messages, group chat and family chat, in the profile menu, on posts and comments, and on content shown in "Watch Together". You pick a reason and the report reaches the admin team. A report does not notify the other party and does not impose any penalty by itself — the admin team reviews it and decides. The Support section inside the app and the email address below are also open to you. Reports involving children have their own channel and response target in the Child Safety Standards.
Penalties, according to the violation: temporary mute, temporary suspension, permanent ban, content removal, or reclaiming a name or ID. For serious violations the ban is applied on the first occurrence and without warning. A banned account is not entitled to compensation for any balance or items it held.
A ban also prevents returning with a new account from the same device, because the device fingerprint remains on the blocked list.
The app has three virtual currencies. None of them is money, a deposit, or a tradable instrument:
Any virtual currency or store item you hold is a limited, personal licence to use it inside the app, non-exclusive and non-transferable — not property to be sold, inherited, or moved to another account or another app. It has no cash value outside the app and is never exchanged for money.
We may change prices, conversion rates and store contents at any time. Withdrawing an item from sale does not take it away from those who already own it.
Purchases with real money inside the Android app are processed by Google Play, and Google's terms and its payment and refund policy apply to them. Purchases made outside the app may be processed by licensed payment providers, and the terms of the provider you chose apply to them. In all cases we never receive or store full payment card numbers — the card stays with Google or with the payment provider alone. The only banking detail we store is the payout account number a broadcaster types themselves when requesting a withdrawal of their earnings — it is used for that transfer only and has nothing to do with purchases.
Once coins are delivered they are final and non-refundable, except in four cases: (1) a duplicate charge for a single transaction. (2) an amount charged whose coins never arrived. (3) a service failure that prevented you from using what you bought. (4) a right given to you by the law that applies to you or by the app store's policy. Outside these cases we do not refund the price of delivered coins.
If a top-up is refunded or charged back by your bank: the balance and rewards it generated are reversed, and that top-up's coins are removed from your balance up to what it holds at that moment — your balance is never pushed below zero; whatever your balance does not cover is recorded as a debt on your account and deducted from what enters it later. Your account may also be restricted from broadcasting and from withdrawing earnings until the matter is settled.
Store items are sold for a limited period (3, 15 or 30 days) and expire at its end. Premium IDs are the exception and are permanent.
Sending a gift is final: its value is deducted from your balance the moment you send it, and it is never cancelled, refunded or returned.
A published share of the gift's value is credited to the recipient as Gems; the remainder is the app's margin. The share is displayed inside the app.
We may reverse earnings that arose from fraud, from a top-up that was refunded, or from collusion between two accounts.
Casino games are played with Chips only. The result is decided on the server, not on your device, and the return-to-player rate is published on each game's rules screen.
There is no cash prize in any game: what is won is Chips, and Chips never leave into money or into any other currency by any path. There is no real-money gambling in the app and no payout of any winnings.
Chance is chance: we do not guarantee a win, and what you lose is not refunded.
Two players may agree on a stake between them in a game that supports challenges. The stake is actually held from both balances the moment the challenge is accepted, and the winner takes the sum of both stakes minus a fee published on the challenge screen. A draw refunds both stakes in full with no fee, and so does a match that ends with neither player winning.
A room is the responsibility of its owner and the moderators they appoint: they decide who takes the microphone, who is muted, and who is removed. We act above that whenever a room violates these Terms.
Staff may be present in public rooms without being shown, for safety and moderation.
Voice and video are transmitted in real time and are not recorded or stored by us. But what is said in a public room is heard by everyone in it, and someone may record it on their own device — no app can prevent that. Do not say in a room what you would not want published.
A room host can open a YouTube player or a link for everyone in the room. The content is not ours and we do not review it before it is shown; responsibility for what is opened lies with whoever opened it. There is a report button on that screen, and we may disable the feature for any room that misuses it.
What you upload or write remains yours. By uploading it you grant us a free, non-exclusive licence to store, display and transmit it inside the app only, and only as far as running the service requires. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for what remains for a reason stated in Account Deletion.
You confirm that you hold the rights to what you upload. We may remove any content that violates these Terms without prior notice.
The app runs on Supabase (accounts, database and files), Cloudflare (hosting) and Agora (voice and video transport). YouTube content is shown in Watch Together. If any of them is interrupted, the part of the service that depends on it is interrupted, and that is outside our control.
You can delete your account yourself at any time from inside the app. Deletion is immediate, permanent and irreversible, and there is no case in which it is refused. If you hold a withdrawable balance it is forfeited in full and is not paid to you; deletion does not proceed until you acknowledge that explicitly by typing a separate phrase yourself. Full detail is in Account Deletion.
We may suspend or close your account if you violate these Terms or the law, or if keeping it open puts others at risk.
In both cases: any balance and items in the account are lost with no compensation.
The service is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will run without interruption or without error, and we do not warrant the preservation of anything that was not saved.
We are not responsible for what users say or do to one another, nor for agreements or transfers they make outside the app. We advise you not to send money or private data to anyone you met here.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you does not exceed what you actually paid inside the app in the twelve months preceding the event.
We may amend these Terms. Any amendment is published on this page and inside the app, and continuing to use the service afterwards is acceptance of it. If you do not accept it, delete your account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Making a complaint. Email your complaint to support@4usparty.com with your account ID in the app and the details of what happened: what occurred, when, and where in the app. Every complaint is recorded and answered.
